To provide video game entertainment that have morals and ethics. Our unique value is to provide non-violent, morally responsible action adventure games to the children from 5-15 and their parents based on the recent research and studies of video games, namely action-adventure games, and the backlash against those games whose main theme is violence. Our goal is to reach a minimum 70% of American Families (based on current research, 70% of America is conservative) with this series of videogames

Ministry

Covenant Studios ministry is to spread the good news of the Lord through the medium of videogame entertainment. Our calling is to create and produce videogames that are "different" from the current crop of videogames that litter the market, as well as the minds and souls of our children. Our morally responsible games are based on Christian values, as well as family values, and will be aimed at ages 5 to 15, although adults will find our products to be equally as entertaining.

Currently, videogames are a $10 billion dollar a year industry. Only a small minority of the games produced for PC's (Windows and Mac) and consoles are considered "safe" and inoffensive for children and young teens. Christian videogames are not counted in the overall sales currently due to the minimum amount of games produced, as well as this part of the industry still being in it's infancy. The problem with this, is that parents buy videogames for their children they would still consider as 'safe. For example, some of the sports oriented games. These games are usually selected because they don't feature the gratuitous violence of popular games like 'Doom', 'Unreal Tournament', and others. But, in place of violence, inappropriate language has been added. That's why Covenant Studios came about. We think that there should be videogames that teach good morals and values, based on the teachings of Jesus Christ, as well as the word of God.

Our goal is to serve and glorify God by using all of the talents he has so graciously blessed us with, so that we can spread his message through this medium. He has called us to put into action these gifts so that we can spread his message, and make a difference in a world that is so inundated with moral degradation.
